What should the company do with a man who by his (heroin) addiction will not come loose and therefore always offenses against property committed to his addiction to ? finance One answer would be to give the people just to be heroin, so he must not steal or commit robbery. Such a thing is unthinkable in this society. Why?
starting point for this theory is a process against a 39-year-old who has recently taken place in Brunswick. The defendant had made several unsuccessful therapies behind. The expert attested that he probably never free himself from his addiction. What to do? Here is revealed the dilemma of the prevailing drug policy. A law on noise exists at best in Bavarian beer tents. It took us pleasantly surprised that the Left wanted the right to decide in NRW noise. Unfortunately, or expected, they then left on the home straight but the courage. Remains trapped drug policy between the extremes of abstinence and displacement Perren. A relatively free life as an addict stays in that company first utopia. §§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ §§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ Given the (in every sense) limited social alternatives, decided the district court of Braunschweig then "logical" for the path Perren forever and imposed preventive detention. Because of the serious addicts meet the social demand abstinence can not and the right to noise is consistently denied, this step was just as logical as perverse.

Those who so vehemently prisons filled with drug addicts, of course, must constantly build new prisons. What remains is the hope that someday the majority of society sees the madness of this action. IMPUNITY from 01 in November 2009
